R&R - Reachout and Rebuild 
My take is that LZ is tired of Congres. He likely has less interest in continuing in the minority, and he is positioning himself, i.e. building his cred in Trump’s party for later aspirations. LZ is feeling that he may not have much longer in his job or no longer wishes to be a rep for NYCD1. Certainly, a welcome development, if I’m correct.
