This was excellent! Thank you Judith for everything, and Sylvia for helping to make that known. For those of us not from the South Fork, Judith is simply this famous name in NY politics – first female chair of NY Dems and founder of Eleanor’s Legacy – but we know next to nothing of anything else. I was incredibly impressed!
And more than that, it’s also a wonderful history lesson of how women managed to make it to leadership positions without support and not only blossomed, but made it possible for all the young women we have now following in her path.
